REFUND POLICY

All our bandana bibs are lovingly handmade making each item unique. A small percentage of the time this leads to a defect such as a tear in a seam or a marking on the print. If you find a defect or any other problem with our bibs, please just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll look to organize a full refund or replacement.

We also understand that people do sometimes change their minds after buying a product. So if you'veĀ ordered any of our packs and then have second thoughts, you can return the pack to us within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and accompanied by the corresponding confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.
